₁₃Ulonkcenkceshel' iintaba ngeemvula zaphezulu;

uchumil' umhlaba ziintsikelelo zakho.

₁₄Ulontshulisel' iinkomo ingca,

akhulisel' abantu izityalo,

kuvel' isivuno sokutya,

₁₅newayin' echwayitisayo,

amafuth' okuthambisa,

kunye nesonka sokubondla.

We begin the year declaring the truth that God created the heavens and earth and proclaiming that the earth is the Lord’s and everything in it.
