KWABASEROMA 1:7XHO96Vula kumfundi weBhayibhile

As I was reflecting on grace this week, it struck me repeatedly that grace is not something that is ever fully completed. It is something that happens over and over again.

We don’t experience God’s grace just once and then it’s done, right? Grace appears in many forms – small things and big things, again and again. Grace is for today, yesterday, ten years ago and in the future.

Doesn’t that mean we should live the same way? Showing grace over and over, in the small things and the big things? Show grace over and over to the people who cross our paths.

Yes, in my eyes, grace is not a one-time thing. It is something that happens continuously, something you must try to live out day by day. It is something that will cross your path every day and be part of your life, because you are a child of God.

Of course, this means it is hard work.

But just imagine how the world would look if we all lived out grace and pursued it every day – if we made grace a verb?

Prayer: Heavenly Father, help me to live out grace every day. Thank you for your grace that wraps around me time and time again, and carries me through my life’s journey. Amen
